Kimmel Bogrette was selected by Ocean County College to fulfill the College’s needs and goals for a new 45,000-square-foot Health Sciences Center that is now home to the growing Nursing and Allied Health programs. In the new Center, experiential simulation labs offer state-of-the-art learning environments for students to hone their skills.
Contemporary classrooms host courses in Nutrition, Coding, Wellness, CPR, Fitness, Music Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Continuing Education. Faculty and administrators’ offices and conference rooms are located together on the second floor of this three-story Academic building. Classrooms, labs and offices are connected by a Collaboration Corridor, Lounge and Atrium spaces. The new building is sited in a wooded area of the College’s growing campus, between new parking lots and the campus core. The new building serves as a connector and campus gathering space for students as they transition from the parking lots to other areas of campus.
