  • Size:5,500 sf

  • Completion Date:December 2017

Having spent the last 20 years in Conshohocken, we relocated from our 3,000 SF offices to 5,500 SF in Blue Bell. The new space was generous enough to handle the immediate growth of our firm, while supplementing each work space with interactive, relaxed, collaborative work and social areas that have helped build an even stronger culture.

At the heart of the office is our great room that is not only a place to eat and socialize, but doubles as collaborative work areas throughout the day. The workspace is an open, collaborative studio reflective of the type of space that both partners experienced at their time together at Temple University. Sustainability and energy efficiency has been incorporated throughout the office. Features include LED lighting complemented with a day-light harvesting system, new HVAC units with fresh air and higher rated filters to better clean the air, water saving plumbing fixtures and low to no VOC compounds and adhesives.

The reviews are in…. SPACE MATTERS. Staff have built stronger connections, clients feel we have raised the bar without becoming “corporate”, and vendors, guests and prospective clients leave thinking about how they could improve their own spaces.
