The goal of this project was to transform the 76,000 sf state-of-the-art academic building for Business, Psychology, Sociology, and History classes. The renovated Dickey Hall includes nontraditional spaces such as Virtual Labs, Simulations, and Collaborative Learning Areas as well as informal gathering and studying spaces. Spaces for impromptu educational opportunities are supported by integrated and seamless technological access in an environment that focuses on stimulating intellectual discourse. An atrium commons provides ample space for social gathering, studying, and various group dynamics. The transformation of Dickey Hall enhances the facility as the campus Academic Destination and further connect the south campus with the new quad.
