Philadelphia Cricket Club, St. Martin’s Campus

Kimmel Bogrette has worked/is working on a variety of projects throughout the Philadelphia Cricket Club’s St. Martin’s Campus ranging in size and costs from $1-$3.2 million. Projects include a new Tennis/Paddle Pavilion to integrate a interior social gathering/dining area with exterior decks for viewing tennis and paddle activities; upgrade and addition of the Fitness Center, Clubhouse and Squash Courts; as well as upgrade of exterior pool, new Pool House and Pub/Snack Bar.
