Kimmel Bogrette is in the process of working with Holy Family University to provide a major in-depth building utilization assessment and listing the challenges/opportunities of each building while develop Campus Master Plans for all 3 campus locations: Bensalem, Newtown and Philadelphia. After meeting with all appropriate Holy Family representatives, a project mission statement was established: The Holy Family University Master Plan will epitomize “The Value of Family” in order to make sure that the University’s physical space meets its needs in the most effective and efficient ways. The Plan will reveal our essence, strengths, and future while recognizing Holy Family’s unique identities and strengths as a Catholic institution. The Master Plan will help eliminate waste, encourage productivity, and anticipate future needs.
The Campus Master Plan design will embody the core values of family, respect, learning, integrity, vision services and responsibility by:
– Providing a welcoming and safe environment while promoting risk taking – Spending for projects that build on previous successes and achieve the greatest impact for limited dollars – Helping to attract and retain students now and in the future – Serving the strong heritage and people of Northeast Philadelphia well – Maximizing the use of space – Supporting the University’s growth as a regional leader especially in health sciences and related programs – Accommodating a diversity of people and needs
