Kimmel Bogrette is working with the Conshohocken Italian Bakery to reinvigorate its retail operation with a new storefront and a much more visible presence. Currently, the retail operation functions out of a section of the bakery itself on a side street, making it hard to find from the busier main street. The expansion area, in what is now a yard next to a house, will be enlivened with a new bakery storefront and outdoor cafe that will sell bread, coffee, pastries and fresh pasta to customers. Beyond the retail operation, the new building will be equipped with a pantry, prep area, office, restrooms, loading dock, and storage area.
