AICUP Corporate Affiliate, Kimmel Bogrette, has developed a fixed price planning and design tool: MasterConcept Planning Process. The MasterConcept Plan has become an ACIUP Member Preferred Program (AMP). The purpose of the AICUP Member Preferred Program is to offer pricing discounts and service enhancements to AICUP member schools.
Kimmel Bogrette has recognized that AICUP member schools face a consistent challenge in reconciling campus needs with funding available early in the project ‘life-cycle’. In addition, in an ever more competitive world, these same schools need to go beyond just meeting the need, by using capital projects to fulfill their institutional mission and build their brand of educating. To meet these challenges, Kimmel Bogrette has developed an approach called the “MasterConcept Plan.” It is the only fixed price cost planing and design tool in the industry.
