Kimmel Bogrette and LandStudies worked with Radnor Township to study existing issues and constraints and then to plan for improvements to Clem Macrone Park, as well as a stretch of land called the Gateway. After analyzing conditions at each site, the team met with Township staff, neighbors, and a community group to understand their concerns and goals for improvements. After presenting a design concept solution to all project stakeholders, the team also helped the Township to apply for a $500,000 DCNR Grant to implement the recommendations that would provide more active and passive recreational space, as well as trails, signage, plantings, circulation, safety, and stormwater/drainage improvements.
