Kimmel Bogrette is working with the historic Washington Memorial Chapel in Valley Forge National Park to rejuvenate Patriot’s Hall, an outdated multipurpose room used for fellowship and events. The mission of the project is to transform Patriot’s Hall into a larger, more attractive, flexible and functional gathering space to host receptions, banquets and church events, worthy of the history, beauty and tradition of the historic Washington Memorial Chapel. The project also includes adding a catering kitchen and restrooms, as well as filling in the outdoor “Porch of the Allies” to become an indoor reception / bar space adjoining Patriot’s Hall. This transformative project will preserve the strengths and historical features of the spaces, while improving on the weaknesses with contemporary upgrades that are appropriate to the Chapel’s heritage.
