Hill’s Quality Seafood Markets currently operates four stores in the Philadelphia suburbs and wanted to open a new location in the Brinton Lake area of Chester County. The owner purchased a building that was formerly a Wawa convenience store, as well as an MRI clinic, and came to Kimmel Bogrette to design a highly visible, signature transformation. The design translates the mission and spirit of the company into an architectural concept that will become the new iconic symbol and visual “brand” for Hill’s Quality Seafood Markets. The design also transforms interior spaces to make the most of the entry, displays, and point of sale. Additional space for a future tenant is designed into the transformation.
