In addition to her skills as an architect, Sherri has an extensive background in strategic planning, project management, interior design, space planning and building program development. Her outstanding design ability combined with her experience in all aspects of a project is invaluable. Sherri has a strong ability to coordinate, direct and facilitate planning meetings with committees, administrators and community members. Typically, she will lead interviews with project stakeholders in order to develop and prioritize needs for a more functional project. Sherri has participated in numerous institutional and nonprofit projects over the past 21 years, in all of which she had a strong role in the planning, design and interior design. Sherri’s attention to detail and her process-oriented personality make her a perfect asset to the team — a source of pride not only for Kimmel Bogrette but, more importantly, for any client. A few of Sherri’s current projects include Geneva Global Headquarters, Radnor Memorial Library, Delaware Valley University Dining Hall, Washington Memorial Chapel and Kimmel Bogrette’s new office.

Ray’s Associate Degree in architecture, coupled with more than 35 years of professional experience, has made him a valuable resource for the benefit of our client base. Over the years, he has managed more than $350 million worth of construction in a variety of project types, ranging from educational, municipal, institutional, hospitality and commercial to retail and residential. Internally, Ray’s responsibilities include project coordination, quality control of construction documents, production management and construction administration for all of our projects. Some of Ray’s current projects include Laurel Creek Country Club, Tavistock Country Club and Kimmel Bogrette’s new office.

A graduate of the Penn State School of Architecture, Matt is a licensed architect in Pennsylvania who has been a valued asset at Kimmel Bogrette for 12 years. He has managed a variety of projects including higher education, dining and athletics projects as well as libraries, nonprofit organizations, manufacturing headquarters and religious facilities. He recently completed a variety of projects at Rosemont College and also at Lincoln University, including a new Welcome Center / Public Safety Building that will be one of the first buildings most visitors see on their way into the campus and is home to the Campus Police. For the Haverford Township Community and Environmental Center, Matt worked on construction drawings and managed construction administration of the project that was awarded with the Green Park of the Year from DCNR and a Land Ethics Award. Matt’s current projects include Penn State Nursing Sciences Building, Penn State Shavers Creek Environmental Center and the Montgomery County Audubon Museum.

Director of Administration

Starting in 1995 as one of the first employees of Kimmel Bogrette, Pat has since been taking on the large role of Director of Administration. Pat is responsible for and manages the overall daily office operations and administrative functions including office management, human resources, clients and contracts.  Working closely with Martin and Jim, Pat develops and implements administrative strategies, policies and practices including office standard operating procedures. Pat also works in close collaboration with the firm’s project leadership and management team, assisting project managers in the development of financial work plans, project scheduling, project reporting, consultant communication, development of contracts for professional service, project cost tracking and providing project status reports.

Jon is an associate of Kimmel Bogrette Architecture + Site, joining our pursuit of excellence in 2002. He offers 28 years of experience in a variety of project types, including historic renovation, higher education/institutional, municipal, fire stations, restaurants and recreation & community centers. He has extensive experience in code review and with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry approval. Jon offers a full spectrum of architectural services from schematic design through post occupancy reviews, providing continuity for all our clients’ projects, as well as participating in the continuing improvement of quality control and business development efforts. Some of Jon’s current projects include Montgomery County Community College Health and Wellness Center and East Hempfield Township Municipal Building,

Bob Reid executes well-orchestrated, successful projects that achieve design excellence, are sustainable, cost effective, and efficient to operate. Mr. Reid’s detail-oriented, in-depth approach allows him to translate each client’s mission and needs into a unique client experience that integrates function, design and efficiencies while delivering the highest value for the client’s investment. Bob has 30 years of experience with Kimmel Bogrette and three other firms. Bob has a great depth of experience in designing and leading the implementation of facilities for higher education, healthcare, recreational/athletics, municipal, nonprofit, and residential projects. He has successfully completed projects at LaSalle University, DuPont, Widener University, Neumann University, Haverford College, The Devereux Foundation, University of Delaware, Susquehanna University, Delaware River and Bay Authority, the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware, and Crozer Keystone Health System, to name just a few.
