Ava comes to Kimmel Bogrette from a small New Jersey architecture firm and has over 10 years of architectural marketing experience. Ava integrates her artistic flair from a background in graphic design and photography into innovative marketing strategies. With a keen eye for visual storytelling, she elevates the firm's brand, showcasing architectural excellence in compelling ways.

Director of Operations

With over 25 years of administration, research, and training experience, Sielke brings her strong organization, leadership, project management and communication expertise to the firm. Skilled in leading teams and implementing new strategies, Sielke is continually working with the Kimmel Bogrette team in various training, consensus building and coaching exercises. Sielke is passionate about collective efficacy [a group’s shared belief in its ability to organize and execute courses of action to accomplish shared goals] as it contributes to team growth and impact.  She thrives off team development, collective strategies, a shared sense of purpose, and organizational challenges and solutions.

Architectural Designer

Architectural designer Tinashe has diverse employment experience including working with multiple firms in South Africa before coming to Kimmel Bogrette. Tinashe has been with the firm since 2019 and has been a key member on a variety of projects big and small. He has worked on a variety of building models from Townships like Manheim to Golf Clubs like Aronimink and Riverton Country Club.

Senior Associate

Buck is our Senior Associate, with responsibilities including Client Management, Business Development, Marketing and Strategy. With more than 30 years in leadership positions in the Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Commercial and Industrial Real Estate markets throughout the Region before joining the firm. His background includes broad experience in Land Development, Brownfields Re-Development and other creative land use solutions. Buck is active with the ERAPPA,  AICUP, AIA, Leading Age and other prominent Regional and National organizations. He is tasked with leading the strategy on growth, within our existing markets and our entry into new markets, including the recent expansion of Kimmel Bogrette’s footprint into Virginia and New York. Along with Principals Martin Kimmel, Matt McQuaide and Joe Horan, Buck is a key contact for both current and future clients and consultants.

Project Manager

A Drexel University graduate, Corey is a project manager and works on a variety of project types and range of project documents, managing project phases from initial design concept through construction. Corey recently traveled to Spain and Italy for 3 weeks, exploring all the local historical architecture and designs. Using his education and travel experience, he adds fresh and new ideas to the Kimmel Bogrette team. 

Senior Architectural Designer

Joining Kimmel Bogrette in 2014, Philip has since been assisting in the design and coordination of a range of project types, including higher education and municipal clients. Attending job meetings, communicating with clients, assisting project managers and facilitating work flow between consultants are a few of Philip's responsibilities.

Associate & Senior Project Manager

Laura came to KBA+S with strong management skills and an extensive multi-family architecture background. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in building codes and construction administration. Since joining KBA+S, Laura has enjoyed the variety of work she has managed including municipal projects, higher education, senior living, and mission-driven projects. Her passion for growth in herself and others is evident in her tutelage of less experienced staff and organization of office learning opportunities. Over the years she has served on various township boards and volunteered extensively with Habitat for Humanity and in the local community.

Architectural Designer

Bachelor of Architecture Jefferson University graduate, Alex's background includes in-depth experience that ranges from single-family residential homes to large 300,000 square foot mixed-use buildings. Alex works on a variety of projects through all phases and has primarily worked on Senior Living projects. Some of Alex’s current projects include Vantage Point Retirement Living at Chester Springs, Georgian Court University's New Facilities Building, Kutztown University's Poplar House, and West Chester University's Peoples Renovation. Alex brings fresh ideas and exciting design concepts to the team, based on his knowledge and interest in the newest technologies, architectural software and design trends. In addition to his Architectural duties, he also acts as the IT manager for the entire firm coordinating day-to-day IT issues, new computer/software implementation, and cyber-security!

Interior Designer

Recent addition to the interior design department, Lesley is a skilled designer with a degree in Fine Arts from Miami University. NCIDQ certified with over 12 years of experience, Lesley is knowledgeable on educational, municipal, and senior living buildings and understands the intricacies of integrating finishes, millwork, and furniture with the overall design of buildings. Lesley is a creative who believes that carefully planned interiors have the power to transform and enhance daily life.

Architectural Designer

Stephanie is an architectural designer with a unique blend of academic and professional insight into the world of architecture. With a background as both a dedicated design teaching assistant at Thomas Jefferson University and a hands-on architectural intern, Stephanie brings a holistic understanding of design principles, practicality, and creativity to every project she works on. Fascinated by environmentally friendly buildings and design, Stephanie is in the process of receiving her Masters degree in Sustainable Design.

Senior Project Architect

Misuk has a Bachelor of Fine Art and Master of Architecture degrees as well as 14+ years of professional experience. She is talented in hand drawing and enjoys developing details to support innovative design. Misuk is currently working on Georgian Court University’s Student Center renovation, Riverton Country Club's Golf Center renovation, Doylestown Country Club's renovation & addition, and the Institute for Advanced Study's Library addition projects.

Associate & Senior Project Manager

In addition to her skills as an architect, Sherri has an extensive background in strategic planning, project management, interior design, space planning and building program development. Her outstanding design ability combined with her experience in all aspects of a project is invaluable. Sherri has a strong ability to coordinate, direct and facilitate planning meetings with committees, administrators and community members. Typically, she will lead interviews with project stakeholders in order to develop and prioritize needs for a more functional project. Sherri has participated in numerous institutional and nonprofit projects over the past 21 years, in all of which she had a strong role in the planning, design and interior design. Sherri’s attention to detail and her process-oriented personality make her a perfect asset to the team — a source of pride not only for Kimmel Bogrette but, more importantly, for any client. A few of Sherri’s current projects include Shippensburg University's School of Engineering renovation, Millersville University's Campus Master Plan and ASTM International office renovations.

Senior Architectural Designer

Senior Architectural Designer, Seung came to Kimmel Bogrette with 16 years of architectural design experience. Seung is currently assisting the team on For Pete’s Sake, New Cancer Respite Center.

Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

With a rich background as a former Director of Marketing and Advancement, Marina brings a wealth of strategic marketing expertise and fundraising insight to the current role as Marketing and Administrative Coordinator. In addition to supporting marketing and administrative tasks, Marina is the friendly face at the front desk, extending a warm welcome to guests, clients, vendors, and staff. Combining her marketing skills with a knack for guest relations, Marina strives to create a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Architectural Designer

A Temple University graduate and Architectural Designer, Fabrizzio, brings with him 5 years of design and drafting experience. Currently working on projects for Manheim Township, McFadden Housing, and Ancillae-Assumpta Academy, Fabrizzio is becoming well versed in a range of project types.

Architectural Designer

Sara brings knowledge gained from 6+ years of professional experience as an architectural designer specializing in healthcare design combined with skills learned from Drexel University’s co-op program. Sara is inspired by creating spaces that improve the lives of the people who use the buildings and have a positive impact on the world.   

Project Manager

Part of the Kimmel Bogrette team since 2012, Tyler has had an integral role in a wide range of project types and sizes. As a registered architect in Pennsylvania, he has a wide range of architectural design skills including schematic design, project management, coordination, detailing, site planning, interior design, construction administration, and is fluent with the current building codes. He is knowledgeable in wood, steel, and concrete construction types and is well-versed in the current documentation and modeling software. He enjoys creating 3-dimensional models, and the conceptual renderings become a valuable marketing asset for clients to increase interest and use as a fundraising tool. He is currently working on the design of the Welcome Center at Kutztown University, the Community Center and Library for South Fayette Township, and the Public Works and Administration Center for West Hanover Township.

Project Manager

Joe brings almost 40 years of extensive hands-on project management expertise, insight, and technical knowledge to the KBAS team. Joe has a wealth of experience in designing retail, restaurant, hospitality, and corporate projects and brings experience, creativity, and attention to detail to the benefit of each client. Current projects include Albright College Student Success Center, COMHAR Headquarters, King’s College Student Success Center, and various improvements for the Aronimink Country Club.

Architectural Designer

Shannique has 9 years of experience designing corporate interiors, science & technology projects, health care, and higher education spaces. Utilizing her previous knowledge, Shannique supports the team by assisting the project managers on all phases of design and documentation.  Shannique holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Florida A&M University. Her education and knowledge has been furthered by her LEED Green Certification.  

Associate & Senior Project Manager

Mike is a LEED-Accredited, licensed architect with over 25 years of extensive experience completing architectural projects through all phases, including feasibility study, planning, programming, design, documentation, bidding and construction. Mike has used his knowledge on multiple higher education projects for Arcadia University, including masterplan studies for their College of Arts and Sciences and College of Health Sciences, renovations to historic Gray Towers Castle, and new construction for their Athletic Department. For Montgomery County, PA, Mike successfully managed the documentation and construction of the renovations and addition to their Emergency Operations and 911 Center, during which time the facility remained fully operational.

Project Manager

A highly versatile, experienced and skilled Architect/Project Manager, Rich has a long and proven record of successful projects and client satisfaction. Using his 22+ years of experience in a range of project and building types throughout the region, he will continue to effectively collaborate with clients, teams of consultants and contractors to ensure extraordinary projects.

Interior Designer

Shannon is an interior designer with a degree in Fine Art from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia. She has 10+ years of experience in Senior Living, Multi-Family and Educational design. She considers herself an innovator and risk taker when it comes to design. One of the beliefs she stands by is to encourage the use of color in spaces and to not be afraid to use a more colorful palette… sometimes more is more when done right! Shannon is involved in various design events throughout the year.

Architectural Designer

Sanjeev is a self-motivated, creative Architect with 6 years of experience in a variety of client and building types. He is highly familiar with industry-leading software including Revit, CAD, Rhino3D and Adobe Creative Suite. Sanjeev is eager to learn and grow while collaborating with each project’s team, consultants, clients, and decision makers.

Project Architect & Interior Designer

Morgan is a multi-talented architect who has taken on a variety of roles at Kimmel Bogrette since joining the firm in 2005. An interior design specialist, she is also an expert in architectural software, specifically in 3D modeling and renderings programs. She is involved in many of Kimmel Bogrette’s projects during varying aspects of the design process and enjoys finding solutions to the challenges that present themselves along the way.

Architectural Designer

An Innovative Architectural Designer, Gina is highly skilled in solving technical and design problems utilizing established standards. She has strong time management skills and the organization ability to design multiple projects in a various phases concurrently. Gina has a deep understanding of schematic design and space planning, with the ability to assist in translating a client's programmatic needs into a successful plan.

Project Manager

April is a seasoned architect with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. She has worked on a variety of project types including apartment buildings, schools, and office buildings. She is known for her understanding of sustainable design and project management. Holding the prestigious title of LEED Green Associate, she brings knowledge of environmentally conscious building practices to her work. Throughout her career, April has demonstrated her abilities as a project manager, through coordinating teams, managing designs, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Her dedication to creating dynamic spaces that seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetics will make her a welcome asset to the Kimmel Bogrette team.
